On the way to the restroom I saw customers waiting because there were no seats left!!

The restroom, like the car park, was a real letdown.

Whether it's neglect or just an old building, the entrance and the inside of the restroom are both very worn and not what I'd call clean.

And there are only 3 stalls including the accessible one, which is fairly small for a big cafe.
